Displaying HTML in MIME formatted emails

I get emails that originate on Sun Solaris based systems with embedded MIME and HTML. The messages show up in my Outlook 2003 as Plain Text and I can see both MIME and HTML "raw data", but not the formatted display. Is there a setting in Outlook that will convert the MIME/HTML into a fully formatted display?

Is it possible (or necessary) to do the conversion on a message by message basis?

Can I save or convert the message in a format that will display properly?

If the message is Forwarded to me, the all lines are typically prefixed with a "> ". Is is possible to still have the messages properly formatted?
