Displaying multiple Excel 2000 files on taskbar

I use Window NT and would like to display several Excel 2000 files
across the taskbar. I did a search

which said to use Tools>Options>View, check the "Windows in Taskbar."
This option does not appear to be available to me in Windows NT.
Does anyone have any advice to resolve this request?

I like ctrl-tab (or ctrl-shift-tab) to cycle among the open workbooks.

(Ctrl-F6 and ctrl-shift-f6 will do the same.)

(and you didn't ask, but ctrl-PgUp and ctrl-pgdn cycle through the
worksheets in
the active workbook.)
