When Multiple footnotes (or endnotes) are added in the
body at the same location Word inserts them like
this: "1234" (but superscripted). I can add superscripted
commas and spaces to make it look like this: "1, 2, 3, 4".
However most journals want them to appear like this: "1-
4", but when the numbers "2" and "3" are removed the
footnotes (or endnotes) are also removed. Is it possible
to display the links to the notes with a dash without
removing the notes themselves?
Thanks, bendz
