Displaying the sender full information

I am able to see full headers from email coming from the outside of my organization.

Exampl
SPAM Detected:One Day Only at Sears
Sears [[email protected]

But when I get an email from a user within my organization that uses web browser clinet to compose emails I am only able to see his name.

Vacation Reques
cjramo

How can I enable outlook 2003 to display the full header? I want the internal information headers to be display as the external emails headers
