Displaying values for a multi-select field

We have created a custom outline code in the enterprise global to
indicate skills for a resource. We have created this field as a
multi-select field. I have now inserted this field in an mpp file to
begin building our enterprise resource pool. I have two questions
related to displaying the values once they are selected.

First, is there a way to copy the selected values from one resource to
another? It doesn't appear that you can do the usual copy and paste
but thought maybe there was a trick to this. Second, in some cases we
are selecting 25 or so skills for a resource and it would be nice to
have the column wrap those values. Is there a way to format the column
so the values from a multi-select field will wrap?

Melissa:

No to both. I think you may be pushing the envelope with these, as they were
never intended to be as granular as you're making them. Project Server isn't
a skills management application, and less is more when working with
multi-value fields to match resources to tasks.
