Displaying your pwa reports to all

How are you managing showing the whole company, including those without
CAL(PWA), your project reports and gantt charts? We need a method to
communicate with those outside of the Project Server community at work.

Well, if you don't want to buy a licence for PWA, then you need to save the
plans to HTML, or use the functionality to export Gantt chart to powerpoint
etc.
