Dissappearing Actuals

Hello,

We have an issue with Updates. Users are submitting updates but when
Managers attempt to view the updates they don't see anything - just blanks
and zeroes ...

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be ?

Ian:

I'd expect to see errors in the application log on the server with behavior
like this. What do you see?

We are seeing the same thing on PS03. The PM sees a row of blank entries in the Updates page. The one time I saw this error in person, the project was updated by the PM (approving a different task on the same project that WAS displaying actuals in the Updates area) and the missing hours suddenly showed again on the first task in updates

There was not any error associated with this behavior, rather the error seems to be with the display in the Updates area. Although this answer is not the slightest bit helpful to the PM's that are seeing blank submissions
