Distorted graphics using paste special picture

Ben

I am using Word 2002 on Windows 2000 Professional. I creat
charts and other graphics in Powerpoint 2002. Everything
looks fine in Powerpoint. Then, I copy/paste special into
Word. Certain elements of the chart change or disappear
completely when I print(most often the arrow-head ending
of lines), while the arrow-head ending appear on screen,
but they are huge/distorted. Has anyone else experienced
this?

Hi Ben,

There was a bug that could do that in Office XP/Word 2002.
It was originally corrected with a hotfix you can obtain by
phone:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818075&FR=1
but if I recall correctly it's also fixed by installing
Office XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) http://officeupdate.com .
