Distributed a layerd diagram.

I created a Network diagramw with (3)layers. Any ideas on how to electronically distribute this one diagram to several business units, so that they can easily access their desired layer (they have no knowledge of layers - let alone setting to view them). Is is possible to hyperlink to a layer?

If you're at v2003 you might check out the macro tool to see if you could
automate the layer selection.
