Distribution groups

How do I use a distribution group (as the "to" in an e-mail message) so that
the recipients see only the name of the group, not the individual e-mail
addresses that are in the group? Thanks in advance.

Put the distribution group in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field - you need
to make sure it's set to viewable in your new message; methods vary by
version of Outlook & whether you're using Word as your email editor.
Put your own address in the TO field. This isn't mandatory, but may help
your message not get lost in a spam filter.
