Distribution list and PAB

How can you take a whole bunch of people from a PAB and put them onto a
distribution list? Do you have to do it inidivdually? Thanks.

The PAB has been obsolete for years and you shouldn't be using one. Use
your Contacts folder as is proper and then you can add DLs to your heart's
content (although categories are better).
