Distribution List problem

My problem is I have to send an email out twice a day and I'm trying to
create a distribution list but I don't see how to do what I want to do. I
want the list to add one name in the TO field, three names in the CC field
and 10 names in the BCC field. The only way I see to do this is to create
three lists, one for each field.

Correct. DL's are all or none.

Distribution lists can't do that. You might consider creating a template:
Turn off WordMail as your editor, if it's turned on. Create a new message
with the To and Cc and BCC you want. Use File | Save As to save it as an
Outlook Template .oft file to your desktop. To run it, just double-click it.
