I made a distribution list and saved it to All Public Folders. I gave
permission to anyone to use it. When I start a new message and use the TO: ,
I see the distribution list in the "show names from" and can use it. However
no one else can see the dis. list when they use the TO: and search through
the "show names from"
They have to go to All Public Folders and start the from there. Is there a
way to have the list I made show up in everyone's TO:?
We are using Microsoft Outlook 2002
