How do I create a distribution list in Outlook 6.0.600 version? I do not
find an icon to make this list or path to create a list.

There's no such thing as Outlook 6.0.600 AFAIK.
Do Help-About and tell us what you are REALLY using....

That appears to be Outlook Express, not Outlook. In Outlook Express you
create contact groups, not distribution lists. Open the Address Book and
click New>New Group.
