Hi there,
I would like to know if there is a way to send email to a distribution
list and blank out the other addresses so that to the person who received it
looks like it was just to them. Thanks.

You can sent it to yourself and BCC the people on the
distribution list. That won't make it look like it was just sent
to an individual, but it may be good enough for what you want.

If you put the DL name in the Bcc box, recipients won't see other people's
names, but you can't control what they do see in the To box. That will
depend on their email program.

If you want people for certain to get a message that looks like it was sent
individually to them, use a mail merge.
