Distribution Lists (Outlook 2003)

I'm using created a distribution list with 200+ contacts
My ISP limits the number of recipients to 99 per message,
so now I have to split this distribution list (and many others)
to work around this. (Word mail merge means that I have
to show every employee how to do it, so this is not a quick
solution)

¿How can I move contacts from one distribution list to a new
one?

Try not using DLs - If you hunt around you'll find that the MVPs say they're
flaky and lack many functions (including email merging)

Here's a solution for you:

Make a contacts folder in Public folders so you can set permissions to use
it across your whole team.

Using the field chooser and group by box whilst in the Phone List view of
Contacts, you can :

Use Categories to make groups of people, add fields you need to group them
in various ways e.g Tall, Groovy, Fire Warden, Salary, annual spend, date of
last visit.

Grab and drag a whole group of Contacts to the Outbox to email them.

Grab (highlight) a whole group of Contacts and Tools|Mailmerge|to Email|
complete subject line. Word will start up and you can now Insert Merge
Fields (NOT Word Fields) to use any of the Contacts fields in your email
merge.

Let me know if you get stuck.

1.- Thanks a lot!
2.- What about moving the contacts in order to avoid creating each one once
again. They're 200+ contacts
