Distribution Lists

Hi!
How would I make a distibution list that will send mail
to all users in the list?
For example, I have a web site with a single contact
(mail address)for visitors to send comments. Once a
visitor sends a comment, how can I use a distibution list
to mail the message to everybody.
I don't know how to set this up. Thanks for any help!

What you really need is a list processor on your web server. L-Soft
(http://www.lsoft.com/ ) is one company offering a product that does mist
processing and they have a freeware version that may fit your needs.
