Distribution Lists

I want to send an email to a Distribution List but don't
want the members email address to appear in the TO:
field. How do I have the Distirbution List name appear in
the To: or just the individual name and note the whole
list.

Russ,

Thanks this work well in my system but a client is using
Exchange Serve Address Book and cannot change th Email Box
as in instruction #6: Replace your e-mail address in the
Display Name box with the name of your distribution list,
click OK, and then click Save and Close.

Any idea on how to work with this.

Nope. This is an antiquated method that does not work in all environments.
Most users figure out it's not worth the bother to put the name of the DL in
the To: field and just use the BCC field and leave it at that.
