Distribution of Spell Checking Macro

I emailed the template to my boss and she saved it to her startup folder.
For some reason, the toolbars are not showing up when she opens the form.
She thought it might have something to do with the fact that she is opening
the form in a browser window. Is there any way I can get the template with
toolbars visible to all of our users so that each person won't have to go
through the trouble of setting up their own toolbars to check spelling?
