Division formula not calculating/Help

The efficiency column is not calculating properly. The formula i
earned hours divided by paid hours. Efficiency needs to recalculat
each time the user inputs a new number in B12

Hi

you should try to describe your problem in plain text as most people do
not look into attachments.
Looking at your spreadsheet I think your problem is the total
efficience in cell L24. change the formula to
=M24/K24

If this was not your issue, please post back with a detailed
description of your problem
