Division in an expression

I'm having problems dividing in an expression. The
expression is returning an average rather than the result
of the formula. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

Could you please show the expression, say where you are using the
exression, give examples of what it is doing, and explain how the result
is different from what you expect? So far, I don't understand the problem.
