DLL & Outlook 2002

Please help!

I receive an error message each time I open Outlook 2002.

The response is "Unable to start processingservices.
The .DLL file could not be found..."

Can you tell me please how to fix this?

I have tried re-installing the software and trying the
detect and repair feature, and no luck. I still get the
same error.

Please help!
