DLookup no longer work

I'm using Dlookup() in a report. It was working pefectly. I have to change to
a new computer and the report is still working but whenever I tried to change
the function or make a new Dlookup() or even when I launch the Express
Builder and click OK (without changes), a message appear: "The Expression you
entered has an invalid .(dot) or ! operator or invalid parentheses".
Can't figure out what is wrong/missing. Appreciate any helps or hints.
Thanks

When you have these kinds of problems, it is nice to see the expression.

It would also be nice to know what version of Access you are using.

Also, is it the same version on the new computer or a newer version?

So, without knowing any more, and based on you saying that the problems
started when you switched to a new computer, I would make a wild guess and
say that you have a missing reference.

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;283806 for
instructions to verify this and how to fix it. Let us know if this solves
your problem or not.

Good luck.

Hi. I'm not sure if this would help, but may be you can check the Regional
and Language Options in your computer, for your computer may be using a coma
to separate thousands instead of a semicolon and viceversa, depending on the
Standards and Formats option under the Region Tab (US format is different
from Spain's, for example).
