DNS and External IP address issue

Hi:

I have to change the internal IP address to External
IP address. Now we have our own DNS.When i try to access
the PWA, some of the links shows onternal IP address
rather than External IP address or DNS name.

Can you guys guys me like where i need to change the
configuration not only in Project Server Address but also
Sharepoint services.
