Do I have a virus or a worm?

I have a user that is running NT4 workstation, and Office 2000. I just
applied all the security patches, she had IE5.5.

She has a peculiar problem. When she receives an email, a reply is
automatically send to orginator. The reply is empty, without any
attachments. I does not seem to be sending to mass email, only email she
receives.

We have run Norton online scan and it can up clean. It behaves like an
auto-reply rule was created, but there isn't one. Has anyone else run into
this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the rules in the user's Outlook - she may have inadvertantly created
one to send a reply to all incoming mail.
