I didn't see anything about service packs. I know it has SP2 at least
..
What should I look for?

Open any Office app. Click on Help and then About (which ever app is mentioned) Then in the new window that will open it will say your version of the Office app that you opened followed by SP 1 or 2 or 3 . That will tell you which SP is installed
