Do I need Office 2003 SP3?

I have Office 2007 installed on a new laptop running Vista Home
Premium...have never had 2003 installed. Updates keeps offering Office 2003
SP3. Is there any reason I would need this update?

Might be something on your computer causing it - see kb article

And to clarify this post a bit more... the Office Web Components (OWC) from
Office XP/2003 will also trigger the offering of Office 2003 SP3. This is
expected behavior since there are other programs that will install this
shared component. What is nice is that OWC will be listed in the Add/Remove
programs applet.
