Do I need to uninstall MS Office 2003 to Upgrade?

I'm considering loading MS Office Ultimate on my computer. Do I need
to do an uninstall of the Office 2003 Pro that is currently installed?
All assistance appreciated.

Setup can/will remove it for you when you install 2007, unless you do a
custom install. You can keep a number of the 2003 programs installed, if you
like... but not Outlook (only one version of Outlook can exist). As a Word
person, I chose to keep Word 2003, but not the rest of Office 2003.
