do I need VB to check if all predecessors done?

Hi,

I am looking for a formula that will tell me if all predecessors tasks
are completed.
(I was thinking to go to all predecessors by using task number and
check its status - by using AND operator I can check all the
predecessors and make sure all ar completed - but I am not sure how to
write it)
