I have a user using Outlook 2003 whose e-mails are not being delivered when
she uses the Do Not Deliver Before option. She is working in Cached Exchange
Mode. She does not have Office SP1 installed. She will compose an e-mail,
for instance, at 1:15pm and mark it to not be delivered until 2pm. After she
presses Send, the e-mail appears in the Outbox folder until 2pm, at which
point it disappears from the Outbox and appears in the Sent Items folder.
The problem is that the e-mail is never delivered to the intended recipients.
I have tried sending delayed e-mails from her computer to numerous
recipients, including herself, and they are never delivered. She has no
problem sending normal e-mails. No one else on our exchange server is
experiencing this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 on
her machine and I have tried sending e-mails in and out of Cached Exchange
Mode. None of that has made any difference. What could possibly be causing
this???
