Do not Journal a particular email.

I really like Journaling. I have stopped using Act. My question is
this. Is there anyway to send a particular email and tell it not to
journal?

I send out some fun emails to about 10 people. Those journal entries
just make it grow. I do need other emails sent to these people. Any
thoughts?
