Do pages attached to a edited DWT template page need to be republi

I have edited my main dwt page locally and published it successfully to the
web server.

The pages attached that are on the web server do not show the update unless
I republish them individually.

Must I re-publish each and every page to effect the change?

If so would I use the "Local to remote" option under the "Publish all
changed pages" column?

You need to publish the entire site using Change Pages Only option. Avoid using Selective
Publishing.
