Do sent messages get sent even if mailbox is full and then deleted

Much appreciated if someone can help...

I was to send an email to someone from Outlook, and then it came up with
mailbox full message, all i want to know is:

1) does the message automatically re-send once i have deleted my excess mail
when i am within my mailbox limits or do i have to re-send again?
2)does the message get put into the sent items folder regardless of the
mailbox full message?

Is the message still in your Outbox? If no, then the message won't be resent,
you'd have to resend it.

And how are you getting the message? Is it a popup, or are you getting a
mail back after it tries to send? And have you just, y'know, checked your
sent items folder to see if it's there?

Basically, if it got sent to the server then it is in sent items.
