APA writing style really makes little sense in the context of databases. I
think you'd be better off asking your question in a newsgroup related to
Word.
And it's normally considered proper to put your question in the body of the
post, not strictly as a subject. You should also consider giving such
information as what version of Word you're using, and what operating system
you're using it on.
