Do you why adding appiontments to the calender does work?

I assume you are missing a few words... including 'not' - no we don't - but
for most people, restarting outlook seems to fix it. A few needed to
reboot - so if restarting outlook doesn't work, make sure it's closed (look
in task manager.)
