A friend of mine is using Microsoft Office Pro 2003 on an
XP computer.
He was using Office Business 2000 but lost all of his .doc
files that were in his My Documents folder. We tried everything
we could think of to find what happened to them with no
success.
He then installed the Office Pro 2003 and the missing doc files
were back in the folder.
This happened about three weeks ago and today I received another
message from a very disappointed friend who told me the files
are missing again... ??????? I had suggested he make a new
folder OLD DOC files and transfer them to the new folder but
he didn't do it.
Can anyone tell me how this could happen? If this happened to
your computer, what would YOU do? Any help will be
appreciated.
