doc. imaging is not allowing mult. scan from feeder.

i can only scan one from a stack of 46 then it stoppes. have uninstalled and
reinstalled. same with scanner checked and unchecked according to instur.
help! need to get this scanned. and HP program will not do it without messing
it up. i used it before without a porblem so i am not sure what is wrong.

scanner is updated. this worked a couple of weeks ago, driving me nuts. going
to uninstall and reinstall scanner again.

just running thru the rest has to be a setting. HELP!

Have you completely removed the driver before re-installing? Some files may not
be overwritten.
This is a scanner issue, not Office. You need to ask your questions at the HP
web site.

Hi Sylhome,

MS Office document imaging sometimes works better with multisheet feeders if you use the 'twain' rather than the WIA type driver
choice. A number of scanner drivers are trying to talk to the 'buttons' on the scanner rather than to MS Office Document imaging.

Also in MS Office Document Scanning (part of MS Office Document imaging) review the profile you're using to see what its defaults
are).

got it to work but it cuts off the bottom even on legal even though it is
letter. now what??

I got it to work!!!!:) under twain on which scanner i ran the test and
whatever it did it reconized my scanner or something and now it works! scanns
the whole page. looks great! thank you thank you Bob and Mary too.
