.doc to.htm converter needs to be reinstalled

I run word97 on windows98

I used to be able to "save as" documents to html format.

Now I receive an error message saying that the text converter is an ol
version and to reinstall. This I have done from my CD. But I stil
get the same error message

Please, what is the Web address from where I can down-load a converte
which will work
