DoCmd.DoMenuItem Vs DoCmd.RunCommand in Access 2007

All my stuff from previous Access versions are working fine in A2007, even
DoMenuItem. Of course I am using .mdb format itself. Incase if I convert to .
ACCDB format will these work or do I need to change all these in my VBA. If
so what other things I need to change to work in .ACCDB format.
