I have allot of documents in folders with dates of the month like this;
Jan. 06, Feb. 06 etc... The problem is the folders don't display like I
want them too. I have tried the view/arrange icons by, and used all the
selections there and nothing works. I want them to start with Jan. thru
Dec. from top to bottom.
Jan. 06
Feb. 06
and so on.

The sort only works alphabetically so in order to achieve what you desire
you'll need to rename the folders something like:

2006 - 01
2006 - 02
2006 - 03
etc.

or

01 (Jan)
02 (Feb)
03 (Mar)
etc.
