I have something weird going on. I have disabled
1) View risks, issues and documents
2) Collaboration: View risks, view issues, view documetns
This is set to "Deny" in the Server configuration

However I can see the collaboration hyperlinks appear for all users ???

Hi Marco,

What happends when you actually click on the links you disabled? Do you get
an error message or can you drill into risks, issues etc?

Hi Marc,

I get linked to a new page and get the message : "you don't have permission
to view this page"

Hi Marco,

When you disable the risks, issues and document, the icons on the Action Bar
should disapear when you drill down to a project. I assume that this is the
case. The error message you receive, do you get this message when you try to
click on the "Track project risk" link within the Project Center?

Hi Marco,

I assume that Project Server does not let you hide the links in the action
bar of the Project Center. ( but not 100% sure). I know that if you dont have
a Workspace, the link still remains, but gives you an error message that no
Workspace has been assigned to the project. I believe that this is the same
with the risk, issues and documents. Sorry, but I dont think that you can
actually hide the links.
