Some how instead of getting a blank page as document1,
when I open Word, I get a memo form that I have designed
and thought I kept as a file to open as I need.
How do i gret into a ffffile that will let me reset this
default as a blank page.

I'm having the exact same problem. Have you tried "Detect
and Repair" under the Help menu? I tried, but didn't have
the CD it asked for. Has anyone responded with a solution?
