Document and Envelope

I am using Office Pro 2007 with VISTA Premium

I am having difficulty attempting to print a document with an attached
envelope. It prints the document in portrait mode.
My HP printer requires I put in my envelope in portrait mode centered.

My question is how do I setup my paper and envelope in order for me to print
the document and then the envelope?

I searched on Microsoft Office and I only found that I select the envelope
go to Print and put a 0 in the Pages. I selected Portrait Mode yet it
prints in Landscape mode.

This is a bit confusing.

Thank you in advance for your support and suggestions,

HankL

The envelope added to the document is controlled by the Envelope setup in
the Envelopes & Labels dialog - see
http://www.gmayor.com/epson_envelope_orientation.htm (ignore the references
to Epson - the issue is similar).

You should not need to change the page orientation for the envelope from the
printer dialog; however due to limitations in your printer driver you *may*
find that it doesn't work well. If that is the case, you could create an
envelope template and treat the envelope printing as a separate task. To
this end if you have Word 2007 - see
http://www.gmayor.com/EnvelopesAndLabels.htm. For earlier versions and any
changes to the supplied templates see
http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm
