I have Windows XP Home addition on my computer and also have MSOFFICE
2003. I keep getting errors when working in MSWORD which will close my
document and save it to a WORD folder with a saved name such as
~WRA0950 . The error message will contain the following details:
"This error report includes: information regarding the condition of
Microsoft Office Word when the problem occurred; the operating system
version and computer hardware in use ; your Digital Product ID, which
could be used to identify your license; and the Internet Protocol (IP)
address of your computer. The following files will be included in this
error report:
C:\Docume~1\owner\locals~1\Temp\4196406.cvr
Error signature
AppName: winword.exe Appver: 11.0.6359.0
AppStamp: 40c86025
ModName: winword.exe Modver: 11.0.6359.0
ModStamp: 40c86025
I cannot find any fix for this. I perform all of the MS updates and
this still happens. Last night my daughter was typing a document on my
computer and she got the error 6 times and it keeps taking her back to
the last save asking if she wants to revert to the saved doc? I have
her continuously save her work so she doesn't have to retype a lot of
data.
Any idea what I can do to fix this problem?
