Using Office 2003. Document control buttons (minimize, maximize/restore) are
not displayed in Word. Only have Document Close button with the "Type a
question for help" button preceding it. Program control buttons active on
title bar, but I need control buttons for the documents. Is this something
new with 2003 or is there someplace I can go to access these buttons and
place them on the menu bar (where they normally reside in the right corner of)
