Document Control

I need a system for document control for quality assurance purposes, and I
was thinking about designing an Access database for this purpose. I was just
wondering though, whether there was an existing template available for
something such as this.

templates are more an excel thing rather than an access
thing. a template is more akin to a form while access is
an entire database. You may find some sample dbs on the
net.
