After publishing new project, I openend WSS site.
On Document menu, I made server document libraries with detailed
descripstions.
And I made several custom columns and views.

I want custom libraries, columns and views applied to all published and new
projects.
I searched many internet sites and boght epm administration book. But I am
still in trouble. Endless trial and errors. Help me.

Hi Nam,

what version of Project Server do you run?
You can amend your Project workspace ( and document library ) and apply this
change to become the template. this is fairly easy. Check out this link:

When it comes to exisiting Projects, that is not easy and requires some
custom developement to apply the changes to exisiting project workpsaces.
