Document Icon not visible in Project Center

I have one user who can publish a new project and upload documents to
the project, but the Document Icon will not appear in the Project
Center View. His permissions are just like all the other project
managers (as far as I can tell) and none of them are experiencing this
problem. To make the document icon appear, someone else has to upload
a dummy document to the project. Any thoughts?

Hi Pat,
Does this only happen to this one user? What happends when he generates a
risk or issue? will the icons appear in the Project center?
