Document Image Writer - Strip Web Address?

Hi,

I use Image Writer to create a Cook Book of download recipes. Each of these
files sends a header and footer which contain website addresses and
information.

Is there a setting somewhere where I can strip these headers and footers? I
think I saw one somewhere but cannot recall where it was. Perhaps a senior
moment?
