document image writer

LJ Confused

i am trying to use the fax option in outlook.... but then i click file,
new,internet fax.... i get this message:
microsoft document image writer driver can not be detected... please
uninstall and then re-install..... i did this and it still isn't working....
does anyone have any ideas??
